"Lovely host, gorgeous house."

House was lovely, incredible clean and spacious.

Was a bit tricky to find due to not having a house number however we were able to work it out.

Unable to stay as couldn’t afford all the extras demanding after booking, host wanted to use a different payment site i have never seen. Money making only

We stayed in 12th may, they have refused to give damage deposit of £200 back, promised it would be back on 28th may, I have sent countless messages I keep being told they are contacting accounts team still nothing. Now they are just ignoring messages

Damp in the house, no TVs even though it states on the add with you flat screen TVs, sent many messages to the company complaining, I had 2 young children with me and we just stared at walls the time we was there, very very disappointed, will be complaining to booking.com, still waiting for our deposit back of £200 and a refund
