"Wasn’t ready for accepting guests at arrival."

Located conveniently

We did not enter the actual room. Having advised we would arrive between 16:00 and 17:00 we revived access instructions about 14:00 indicating room would be ready when we arrived. We got to the accommodation around 17:45 and tried to access the room. At the top of the stairs where we were to enter there was baggage and clothes / equine paraphernalia blocking the way. We were stopped from entering by who I assume is a staff member as room hadn’t been cleaned. We asked if we could go in and change clothes at least as we had been walking in the rain however we were told we could not. We chose not to stay and booked other accommodation for the night.

Tolle Lage, 5km von den Wasserfällen entfernt, sehr nah am Schloss

Küche ohne Herd, nur 3 Stühle für 4 Personen, kaum Besteck/Teller/Tassen, Teppichboden dreckig, Kontakt zum Vermieter schwierig, keine Reaktion auf Nachrichten, niemand da zum Check-in, erst auf Anruf wurde der Code für die Tür durchgegeben, Anwesen heruntergekommen

Die ruhige Lage und die Umgebung.

Das Bett war ziemlich durchgelegen. Bei der Ankunft fehlten die Handtücher und im Bad lagen noch Putztücher. Spät am Abend wurden uns noch Handtücher gebracht. Für 2 Nächte war es okay.

The location was great and we could see Mynydd Cribarth from our window - which was great. Plenty of parking space too.

Our towels were damp when we arrived. One towel was jammed behind the bathroom radiator. We asked for dry towels, yet received no reply whatsoever.

Location, quiet, owner was knowledgeable and the view from window was fabulous, shower lovely and hot

Exterior could do with tiding up. Old van and truck in carpark, bags of rubbish, generally untidy. Room very basic, old milk left in fridge, bed uncomfortable, garden full of rubbish
