Quiet New Forest attic room den

Joy was a lovely host, and ever so friendly. Great size TV for the room. The location was also great for the locality of the New Forest. Sadie our dog loved staying there.

Firstly, we would stay here again, but a couple of simple things that could make a really positive difference. Shower couldn't directionally be moved and is taped up. The sink is a cloakroom sink rather than a bathroom sink and a bit too small and hard to wash hands. Drinks making area was good, although there wasnt a little bin to put the empty sachets, and not enough little milks to last for a 2 night stay., so we just bought a pint of milk The bedroom door was a challenge to open as the handle catches.

Comfy bed and good shower, soft towels.

A curious damp-like smell in the room. Offered milk was only placed outside our room shortly before we left in the morning (so we had to have tea without milk, and skipped tea in the evening as no milk).

Accommodation was clean, well equipped with cd player and tv, with a varied selection of DVDs. Free off road parking was available.

As a taller person, headroom in the bathroom was restricted, but it was possible to use all the facilities. The last 100 metres of road access is a steepish gravel road and not for a nervous driver.

The Owner was a lovely lady whom made myself daughter and dogs feel most welcomed.
