Quiet New Forest attic room den

Quiet and relaxing location. Though small it suited our needs. Comfortable bed and good shower. The owner(Joy) welcoming, quick to respond to pre arrival enquiries and helpful.

Although the cool box provided was adequate on this occasion, a fridge would have been more useful. Basin in the bathroom was a bit on the small side!

The room itself was reasonably comfortable and the location in the New Forest was good (although it was hard to find at the beginning). The host was friendly when I arrived.

My main issue is that this room and house was far from quiet. The hosts seemed to be nocturnal and were making a lot of noise late at night, including watching loud films into the early hours. Also, there was what sounded like piano music being played in the room beneath, and I’m not exaggerating to say that it went on all night. I left early in the morning feeling sleep deprived and wouldn’t book again.
