Amazing property, in a chill area, with an awesome garden full of turtles and two friendly cats that would come by to get some love. At a walking distance to the central train station and close to bus stops, it’s a great choice for spending a few days in Pisa and the surrounding area. The house is big and clean. I appreciated the mosquito spirals, as there were lots of them. Niccolo was very friendly and quick fo answer our questions, and left us a bottle of frizzante and some water bottles to have when we arrive. Thank you for your kindness!

The washing machine and/or the dryer need to be checked, as a lot of our clothes got stained after washing. The water pressure at the upstairs bathroom was very low, so we’d have to queue to shower downstairs.

Position (quiet within residental area and within walking distance to center and Tower of Pisa), clean house, everything you need is provided including welcome snacks, water and bottle of prosseco, garden where we had breakfast. It was very hot and every room has air condition. We had a great time.

Nice place to stay. Really. The host responses to any question at any time. Easy communication. Clean, comfortable, even a turtle walking in a garden!

Great location. Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable living area. Easy walk to city centre. Street parking. Snacks available on arrival with lots of bottled water. Nice garden.

We booked this place as the description stated that it had 3 bedrooms, one of which had twin beds. This is not the case which meant that one of our party had to sleep on the couch. This is what we wanted to avoid when booking a place in Pisa and was the reason we chose this property. When I messaged the owner she said that a previous guest had broken one of the single beds and that they replaced it with a double bed. She also said that they would not be able to provide an additional mattress or fold out bed. She also said that she would adjust the listing immediately which at the time of writing my review 2 weeks later, has not been done. This apartment only has 3 beds not 4. The shower is located off of the living room and is more like a shower in a cupboard.

We very much enjoyed staying in this beautiful home which is so convenient for the train station and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We loved saying hello to the other 'residents'in the garden (tortoises). Niccolo was always available via WhatsApp for any queries/tips/recommendations. If we visit Pisa again, we would definitely stay here again . Thank you

Very nice and spacious house. Feels like home.Very helpful and responsive host. Unfortunately couldn't take advantage of the garden, since it was raining, but definitely recommend.
