Great family home with plenty of space for 4 adults. Well appointed with air con on ground floor and main bedroom. Nice quiet area which felt safe - 20 min walk to centre of Pisa and about the same to main train station. Niccolo and Monica (the hosts) couldn't have done more for us - they left a nice bottle of wine and selection of goodies for us to enjoy and even dropped off a couple of large fans to help keep us cool in the +35C heat and regularly made contact with us to make sure all was OK - they even helped book taxis etc. Also loved the tortoises in the garden - very comical!!

Nothing. Couldn't have asked for better hosts and accommodation. Would definitely return if we go back to Tuscany in the future

Niccolò and his mother were very friendly. They welcomed us with a big smile. The villa is so big, very clean and very beautiful. We had everything during our stay (modern kitchen, wifi, Netflix, bathtub with whirlpool, etc). We enjoyed very much 3 nights staying at the villa. They gave us also a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome drink and some biscuits and snacks. We would love to stay longer but unfortunately it's already full booked. We loved the garden at the front and the back side of the villa. The best place we have stayed during our rond trip in Italy. We will definitely come back again next time.

There was no air conditioning or WiFi. Completely mis advertised. Worst stay we have had, we couldn’t sleep as it was so hot.

The location was excellent - walking distance to Pisa centre but also very close to number 13 and 14 bus stops. The property was clean, well decorated and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed (loved the SMEG fridge and the coffee machine) and the garden was a bonus. Look out for the tortoises! The host was excellent - checking in with us several times during our stay and addressing any issues we had very promptly.

There were a few things that if addressed would make this a perfect house - There are only 2 A/C units - one in the living area and in one of the bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms were very hot. We couldn’t leave the windows open - too many mosquito bites. There were no sun loungers in the garden - just chairs. There was a washing machine but no clothes horse to hang up wet washing to dry. The shower upstairs was an unusual design and would not suit someone who was unsteady on their feet.

House was immaculate near the centre of everything. 5 minute walk to river. Nice big TV with netflix etc and wonderful spa bath with plenty hot water. Host is fabulous he can't do enough for you. Always available via WhatsApp. Garden is lovely to sit out in . Watch out for the 8 resident tortoise they nip your toes if you have coloured polish on toes...ha ha .. they are delightful.

For me the traffic noise I am a very light sleeper this in no way reflects house or host.

Excellent host with great contact throughout. Always checked in to see how my family and I were getting on.

Kind and welcoming staff. Very spacious, kitchen was very well equipped with all you need for cooking. Great location for traveling in Pissa and Luca. Careful thought of small details.

No parking in the property but can easily find in the street.
