Excellent location in a very quiet neighbour. You can reach every place by walking: city centre 10mins, train station 15mins and even the airport 30 mins. Excellent host, Niccolo and his mother. They were very kind and atentive with us. Really a place to stay.

The house was great. Spacious and nicely decorated with everything we needed for our stay (5 days).Owners were brilliant and kept in touch to check all was well. Takes about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Pisa or the main train station, which we did daily as we were using Pisa as a base for our holiday. Access to city walls within 5 minutes walk. Takes about an hour to walk along them to the leaning tower. Beds were really comfortable. Shower was brilliant. We didn't use the bath (or jacuzzi within). Nice outside space for eating. Wild tortoises wandering about in the garden were an unexpected bonus ! A brilliant house for our needs.

The house is on quite a busy road which we hadn't appreciated when booking. We had the windows open at night to let the air in (and sadly the mosquitos) so it was quite loud but we got used to it after a couple of nights. If the windows are closed you don't hear the traffic so no big deal.

The villa is everything a group or family may want. Exceptionally clean and with an absolutely beautiful back yard. It looks even better that it does in the pictures. The owner is very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Just a small detail, but it would be great if all the bedrooms had sun curtains on the inside, and not just wooden shutters.

The room with 2 single beds was a bit cold . But no problem.

Lovely and spacious villa! It was a great stay, a little way from the city bustle and in a lovely quiet neighborhood! Very clean and the host was very helpful!

A beautiful 3 bedroom house , with great outdoor place for eating :) Big screen with Netflix. Three bathrooms ( one upstairs and two downstairs). Its a home like place and hosts make sure that you have everything you need. Big plus for enough coffee for everyone :D and for great equipped kitchen with all the supplies you need to cook dinner. Very close to the yummy pizza place and only 20 min by taxi to an airport. Comfortable firm (but not too firm) beds. For sure its one of those 10/10 places that you wanna take your family to.

One! I don't know how to recycle in Italy and there is 4 bins :D But of course that doesn't affect the 10 experience :D
