Casa Picon en Puerto del Carmen, con terraza, vistas al mar, piscina y junto a la playa

EXCELLENT séjour ! Tout était au top, tout est présent dans l’appartement, il y a 3 toilettes et deux salles de bains, deux chambres, la climatisation dans chaque pièces, un toit ouvrant, la machine à laver, il manque juste un four mais il y a un micro onde qui je crois fait four également ! Après étant donné que nous sommes sur une île chaude vous pourrez tomber parfois sur un cafard ou deux, on en a eu deux durant le séjour mais allez au Mercadona à côté et prenez un anti insecte il n’y en aura plus après ! Les portes parfois ont du mal à se fermer car il y a beaucoup de vents aussi. Pour trouver l’appartement mettez calle tinguanton 8 sur waze, ou mettez colony club c’est plus simple que casa picon ! La télé propose un large choix netflix disney + etc, la plage est à 5 min, mais tout est en pente et vous avez deux passage, un passage en pente et un passage par des escaliers, tout est à proximité, c’est un endroit touristique et c’est paisible, le complexe possède une piscine commune avec des transat, vraiment un endroit que je recommande !

Era muy bonito y bien ubicado. Estaba bien distribuido el espacio.

Salieron en el baño de las dos camas de 90 un par de cucarachas que entiendo están anidadas en cañerías y salen ahora por humedad y calor.

Good location, helpful hosts. Spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and large master bedroom. Everything needed for a family of 4 .

Parking close by was pot luck. Had to walk up 50 plus stairs to take the trash out. Showers need upgrading and poor workmanship for finishings eg plaster on walls flaking or badly painted. It spoilt what could be a very nice modern apartment. It was very comfortable but with a little TLC could be much better.

Generally speaking the stay was very good but the apartment really needs some tlc to make it top quality. For example the bathrooms were very tired looking, there were a number of broken floor tiles and the outside benches were uncomfortable

We loved the apartment layout and the views out to sea. The balcony is very comfy with sun all day. The sittingroom and kitchen areas are lovely and bright and the kitchen has everything that you need and there's a washing machine and dishwasher available. The bedrooms are downstairs and are nice and cool and very big with a huge double bed in one and 2 good singles in the other. The bathrooms are very big and modern. The showers are excellent. There is full air conditioning throughout, but we didn't need to use it. Daniela was very helpful and good to deal with any queries we had. We would definitely recommend Casa Picon and are looking forward to returning the next time we visit Lanzarote 🌞☀️😎🍷👍

The steps up from the strip are tough, but we found an alternative way via the SOCO shopping centre lifts to the 3rd floor and exit through the carpark. There's still an uphill walk up to the road at the rear of Colony Club but it's a little easier than the steps.

We were there 2 weeks. Apartment was lovely. Nice and bright and equipped to a good standard.

There were builders in the next door apartment doing a major refurbishment. They were taking the tiled floor up using a lump hammer, then hammering and chiseling and angle grinding. They were also knocking the fireplace out The noise was horrendous.This went on for most of the holiday. I was glad to get back home. The work is still nowhere near finished. We complained a few times and although apologetic,apparently they are allowed to work between 9am and 6pm on minor work. This wasn't minor work. Peaceful and chilled holiday it was not. So if you have booked this apartment, I would ask if the work is completed.

Huge apartment, great for 4 people even though there were only two of us. Very comfy beds, plenty sheets, linen, towels etc. Two shower rooms and w/c so plenty of choice. Lovely balcony. Air conditioning is great throughout.

Kitchen was a little outdated. However, did have some mod cons. Sofas outdated and a little unclean. Balcony sliding door not 100% sealed. Some water came in when it rained through the night. Also, quite a lot of ants in living area. Some black mould on sealing of en suite toilet. Not good for lungs.

Very modern, spacious and especially comfortable beds. Excellent location opposite farionies suites. 5 minutes to the beach. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

A lot of steps to access the property which could be difficult for the less mobile. Only one set of keys was available for the property which proved difficult if we wanted to do separate things. The showers were very slow to drain but these issues didn’t spoil it for us and would definitely book again

The location is good

This apt is in need of repairs, the roof light glass is leaking and when the stairs is wet it's quiet dangerous.. The kitchen is in need of repairs and the fridge wasn't working which we reported and nobody came... My husband repaired it.. The balcony we had to clean.. The paint flaked off the walls.... Overall this apt need work.... For the money it cost it was disappointing and bad value..... The entrance up the steps is dark and poor repair,
