Absolutely beaufiful house. Every amenitie available. Large rooms, great having 2 bathrooms. TV has loads to choose this suited our son who has Autism for his me time. Would definately return.. Fantastic apartment 🥰

The apartment is modern in good location, great views

The fridge didn't work for 2 days it had a dodgy plug socket, when you used the oven it tripped the electrics but the worst was the leak in the main bedroom toilet, the leak came from the ceiling and there was black mold all over the ceiling too.

Perfect location. Beautiful apartment with great view from the balcony and all important air con to keep you cool! Would definitely come back again.

The apartment is brilliant and the host, Daniela is super helpful and attentive. She added a lovely hospitality touch by sending a birthday present to my mother-in-law (our party was myself and wife & 74 year old mother-in-law). Location: It is in a hilly section of PDC but a few minutes walk to the strip and beach & a supermarket at end of street makes it a terrific location (for those without any mobility issues otherwise a taxi is really cheap €2.75 to old town). It is less than 15 minutes by taxi from airport, taxi fare was €17.75. Apartment: 2 great size bedrooms, both ensuite, comfortable beds - one with superking bed and one with 2 singles. Lots of wardrobe space in both & one with a safe! Both are downstairs, so naturally cooler than the main floor. The staircase is decked by living indoor trees and shrubs and sits under a huge skylight (unfortunately this can't be covered, so can heat the apartment to high temperatures). Kitchenette is well equipped & has a ceiling fan. The lounge is bright and comfortable. Outside: Terrace is spacious and captures the sunrise, sunset and sun throughout the day. Great sea views and nice table & chairs for a great outdoor dining space for breakfast. Communal Pool: Access to pool is provided. Nice main pool (not heated) and kids size pool. Spacious terrace for sunbathing but only about 20 loungers. 2 Deck chairs and parasols are provided in the apartment for use at pool or beach & pool towels are also provided. Overall: a brilliant apartment that made our first time in Puerto del Carmen a great experience. ).

If you are hoping for English Speaking TV channels then you are best to bring your own device to plug in. No aircon so may reach uncomfortable temperatures in peak season months.

There are only a few channels in TV no contact with the staff, they are very unpleasant, looking for anything to charge you with additional costs, the view from the window is on the roof of the building, it is not like the photos on the apartment's website, the wifi router is not working, I do not recommend this place!
