Woodside Lodge, Weybourne, Holt

Beautiful cosy cabin, really well equipped and in a perfect location. Host was so friendly and helpful although everything was self explanatory. Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely lodge in peaceful surroundings

A minor point, but it would have been good to have a dustpan and brush to clean up crumbs.

The lodge is on a well-landscaped estate, with its living room and deck overlooking lawns, a stream, trees and a hedging. It provided a good base for taking part in the Macmillan fundraising 'Mighty Hike' from Cromer to Blakeney. The bedrooms and living room were comfortable and clean. An unexpected, but welcome feature, given unseasonal cold weather, was heating that came on in the morning

Although there was access to the deck through the main (side) door, the patio doors from the living room would not open despite unlocking. The host was mystified by this. It would have been useful to have list of basic bathroom and food items to bring.

Wonderful location next to the edge of the park.

Good convenient location to explore north Norfolk. Everything you needed in the lodge. Quiet location. Well stocked lodge.

A couple of the bathroom towels had stains. Bathroom cupboards had not been cleaned. No WiFi.

Bear in mind it was in March so very few other people on the site . . . it was very peaceful . . with some nice views - next to the stream Cosy interior Great showers

Lovely and cosy lodge. Great location.

Very dusty under the sofa and bed. Bathroom sink looked like someone had just had a shave in it. Cold, radiators not working properly. Spare duvet had a dirty brown mark on it (pictured) and no spare cover. No bin bags, washing up liquid or toilet roll or used.
