"Peaceful spot in a bust city"

The proximity to the city but the quietness of the apartment.

The shower leak could have been fixed as the bathroom had a musty smell. Did email property and got told how to use a shower curtain!! Owners need to get a tube of silicone and problem would be solved!

Location, the kitchen utilities is complete... and the flat is clean

Quite okay, only the bathroom a little bit odour... the flat we stay have a problem with the light switch so 2 nights we dont have a light in the dining room. The service should be improved

"Not As advertised, very disappointing."

The apartment was good value for money, I suppose you get what you pay for.

1.Unable to get contact with the owner easily, I friend to contact them to ask if we could leave our bags at the property, it was only ever a voice mail. Took hours to respond to a text message. 2. I found the signs located around the apartment quite threatening. Written in red. 3. No way is this a city centre apartment, it is about 1.5 miles away from the city centre. 4. Cutlery drawer was dirty 5. No mirror in one of the bedrooms. 6. No pillow cases were provided for the spare pillows. 7. Two flights of stairs to top floor, no lift 8. Carpets in communal areas stained and dirty. 9. When I rang booking.com to ask for help contacting the owner, she put the phone e down on me before she had answered my query 10. Location of the apartment is outside of the town and extremely difficult to locate, hidden away down an alley way. I could say more, but I think people will get the gist of what im saying. This apartment is not as advertised, I would look elsewhere if you want a city centre place to stay. I wished we had paid a little more and stayed in the Premier Inn.

Good area! nice to have parking. almost complete kitchenware. Host is responsive.

not near river but not also far. Walkable. parking can be narrow during afternoon
