instructions to get into the building were not very clear. The code going the building should b stated before the whereabouts of the room key.

I had a disappointing experience staying at this property. When we arrived, all the parking spots were already taken. The front door was broken and didn’t require any code to enter, which raised serious security concerns. The building’s corridors were dirty, with visible stains on the floors. The apartment itself was also not clean. We found hair on the carpet and in the bathtub, along with dirt on the floors and kitchen surfaces. Despite the lack of cleanliness, we were still charged a £105 cleaning fee, which felt unjustified. Overall, the condition of the property did not match the high rating on Booking.com, which I found misleading. I would not recommend this place to others.
