"won't be staying here again"

no instructions from host so unable to connect to WIFI- Host also not responsive, took a long time to reply. Was not flexible- check in code after 3pm and had to check out before 10am. Key box on floor in hallway and hard to open, carpet also very stained to not great to kneel on it. Bed in scone bedroom kept -'moving' and was difficult for guest to sleep- Found many moths in kitchen, so needs proper cleaning. Was not a good eperience

"Impossible to get hold of"

Clean and good space.

I messaged them to report issues with the Booking.com app that I was not getting the messages. I also called (goes directly to voicemail, never returned), emailed (I have emaield twice over several days - no reply), and contacted them via WhatsApp. It took over 4 hours for them to reply on WhatsApp, 2 hours after the official check-in time. Not only did I lose valuable time in the Airbnb, but they also require you to check out by 10 am unless you pay £30 extra, essentially charging me for the 2 hours I had already lost. There are signs everywhere about them monitoring electricity usage, and they had turned the fridge off. This meant it took ages for it to start working properly again, which was especially annoying given the 32°C heat in the UK at the moment.
