The location is beautiful and the red squirrel spot did give us a chance to see them a couple of times. Comfortable beds to sleep in, but very cheap uncomfortable pillows.

The amenities provided in the kitchen were not great, no milk either and the wood for the fire provided is not enough and have to pay extra. I would say all these things are very cheap, but make a big difference being somewhere and feeling comfortable. Personally, we are not intending to go back as there are other properties around that made us feel a lot more welcome.

Lovely cottage with all you'd need to have a quiet weekend away

Would be nice to have a secure bit of garden, so the dogs could wander off lead but a minor inconvenience.
