El hotel es muy lindo y moderno. Habitacion comoda y bien equipada, todo funcionando perfecto. Restaurant buffet muy completo. Linda zona de piscinas frente al mar. Kayaks y botes gratis. Playa ideal para caminatas (mas de 6 kms) y casi todo virgen. Siempre se conseguian reposeras y sombra bajo palmeras.

El Wifi en la habitacion no funcionaba bien y la tv no podia hacer streaming. La limpieza en el bar frente a la pileta no era muy buena (siempre llena de moscas o avispas no lo se). Taxis para ir al pueblo (esta a 5 kms) muy caro: 65 U$S. Playa de aguas calidas y tranquilas pero verdosa, no transparente, apenas te ves la rodillas. Algunos dias habia medusas en el mar y habia que evitarlo. Tragos con alcohol casi todos iguales, muy lavados.

La struttura era molto bella e anche la spiaggia.

Il personale non era molto efficiente. Non era mai possibile trovare le sdraio in spiaggia, a meno che non andavi a prendere il posto alle 6 di mattina. Quando facevo una richiesta non veniva mai soddisfatta.

По-перше посуд не миють, а лише промивають водою, після чого на посуді залишаються плями. По-друге пластмасові стакани на барі, мало того що їх не миють, вони побиті і всі в подряпинах По-третє при заселені в нашому номері не було ні шампуня,ні геля... три дні ми дзвонили і ходили просили принести його не несли, тому ми просто купили все це в місцевому магазині. По-четверте англійської мови практично ніхто не знає, лише іспанська іноді французька. П'яте працівники з турагенства viva, не дають пройти, чипляючись зі своїми рекламами, навіть на пляжі. Шосте. На території є 4 ресторани в які ви можете сходити, АЛЕ попередньо їх треба замовляти, що ми і зробили, а коли ми запізнились нас туди не пустили. До того ж ми святкували там день народження, і попередили про це... нас ніхто навіть не привітав. Сьоме. Лише місцевий алкоголь, європейський стоїть лише на вітрині. Це заявлені 4* і новий готель якому лише 9 місяців, але все що вище залишає негативні враження... на жаль

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food was delicious and the facilities are gorgeous

The beach wasn’t the prettiest but it was nice enough.

la ubicacion y playa , en un ambiente Natural muy tranquilo sin mas hoteles al lado . El hotel es casi nuevo , el personal en general muy amable, los restaurantes de cena muy buenos . Buenos equipos para deportes nauticos como sup padle, kayaks , windsurf , cuentan con un barco para paseos con costo adicional. Nos toco una habitacion con una pequeña piscina en la terraza , y tambien nos gusto que los televisores eran smart tv con acceso a los principales streaming

el desayuno en el comedor central fue variado , pero a veces estaba muy lleno faltaban vasos , platos o algunas comidas , podrian ofrecer mas opciones de desayuno , almuerzo y snacks

Es un hotel nuevo, moderno y con un entorno de playas salvajes muy bonito. Tanto la playa en la que se ubica el hotel como playa esmeralda me han parecido naturaleza en estado puro

Constructivamente: deben profesionalizar el servicio. La atención a la llegada en recepción fue pésima, errores, falta de información, a lo largo de la estancia tuvimos errores en reserva de restaurante. No creo que sea tanto la voluntad de los chic@s que trabajan allí, sino si falta de experiencia y diria que acompañada de poca formación para el puesto. Dicho esto la manager de recepción fue correcta y atendió nuestras reclamaciones y realizó acciones para que mejorase nuestra experiencia.

La comida de los restaurantes. El oriental un poco mejor

Instalaciones muy nuevas, limpias y cómodas. La playa excelente, es bastante distinta a Punta Cana, la arena más “dorada” y el agua no tan celeste, pero muy linda.

La comida no tiene mucha variedad, cambia muy poco entre temática y temática. En algunos momentos no sabes que comer.

The wait staff, Animation staff, bar staff were great. The beach and ocean were lovely.

The inconsistencies of the maid service. Time of room cleaning never consistent - anywhere from 9am to 5pm. Dirty glasses not removed and replaced, bathroom towels not replaced daily, bedding not changed daily

It is a beautiful location. The beach is great and there is everything you need. I really liked the baby cats and dogs at the beach. The gym was also well equipped. They have fresh water stations everywhere which was great.

With just a few tweaks this place could easily become better: the rooms are super loud mainly because the doors to the rooms close very loudly. Also, you can hear everything that is spoken outside because of badly isolated doors and the staff is talking non stop on the floor. The food is typical for an all-inclusive hotel. Not great but also not terrible. We saw a massive change over the weekend. A lot of locals came to the hotel and the food became worse. Also, it would be great if they focus the animation on one side of the hotel so that it is not annoying the guests that don’t want to join.
