De la propiedad me gustó todo, quedé muy disconforme con las mentiras que me hizo el supervisor para venderme la membresía (incluso hice el pago inicial), lo cual no coincidía con las condiciones al momento de firmar el contrato (los costos eran distintos y las condiciones de uso también, para peor ambos, obvio). No firmé el contrato y exigí el refund. Me hicieron perder 4 horas. Si vas al hotel, NO ACEPTES la invitación al timo.

El hotel es muy lindo y sus instalaciones son nuevas, lo que lo hace muy agradable. El personal de guest services y de los restuarantes de la noche, es muy muy amable. El grupo de animación era muy comprometido, el halloween lo llevaron muy bien.

El hotel tenía máxima ocupación, permitieron que grupos enormes de personas visitaran al mismo tiempo, lo que lo hizo casi invivible por temas de espacio. El bufet siempre estaba lleno y demasiado desastroso, los platos estaban sucios, no habían vasos y era dificil poder elegir algo por la cantidad de personas. El bar fue imposible, pagamos un all inclusive para tomar solo agua porque era imposible poder obtener algo de alguno de los bares, siempre se privilegiaba a los grupos porque que hacían mas ruido y gritaban mas para pedir de a 8 vasos de una sola vez. A la hora de hacer check out nos iba a tocar hacer una fila de más de 1 hora por la cantidad de gente. Queríamos un fin de semana tranquilo, pero fue realmente imposible.

LA COMIDA, MUY PERO MUY MALA, PÉSIMA

If I could leave no stars, I would. We arrived and Front Desk told us our room was ready. We get to the room and our key cards do not work. I walked back to Front Desk who reprogrammed my key to walk back and it still did not work. I walk back a 2nd time to be told they would send an engineer to investigate. He was able to open the door with his key as well as housekeeping. It took FOUR HOURS with security and maintenance to finally get the keys to work. In that time, we were asked to walk back and forth from the room to the front desk 5 times. We asked to have our room changed and were ignored. We asked to speak to a manager and they refused. We asked for compensation and were denied. Most of the staff had no sense of urgency or sense of HOSPITALITY. Hector, the engineer, was the only one who would advocate for us to the rest of the staff. The restaurants that needed reservations were difficult to reserve. We did end up getting reservations and each time the restaurant was more than half empty. The food in general was subpar at best. In the buffet, dishes were dirty, staff would drop food, pick it up and put it right on people’s plate. We witnessed bugs in drink machines, the staff would scoop it out and continue serving. There was a separate pool with a swim up bar filled with little kids throwing soda and other drinks inside the water. There was no functioning wifi the entire stay. The sports bar didn’t have any functioning TV’s. The sheets in the room were extremely musty. The shower would allow water to soak the floor. By day 3 there was an infestation of ants in our room.. although we never ate or had food in the room. They were all over our shoes and backpack. I have bites on my ankles! I could not get out of there fast enough.

La higiene, el trato, la comida variable.

Creo que debe ser importante destacar al reservar, que el hotel tiene servicios VIP para ciertos clientes. Al decidir, deberíamos tener esa opción, así no nos sentimos limitados ante algunos servicios o bebidas. Pero en general, excelente.

Limited food, not to many options. beverages and premium alcohol not included, It expect that a hotel with this type of facilities offers premium food and drinks.

Las habitaciones

No tiene casi parqueo salad. El lobby es caluroso, no tiene ni abanicos y el check in, muy lento. Solo habia 1 maletero para ayudar a llevar el equipaje y no daba a basto. Habia que hacer cola para entrar al buffet. Comida y bebida mediocres, servicio pesimo. La playa sin oleaje, nada que ver con Playa Esmeralda.
