El proceso de check in, si bien es cierto que la cantidad de gente realizando este proceso desbordó la capacidad, igual el personal de atención a pesar de mantener una muy buena actitud, les faltó experiencia para coordinar y organizar mejor el proceso ante el desborde de la capacidad instalada.

Las variedades de la comida, la playa es muy limpia y las habitaciones también

Small hotel but the food, the service and everything else was 10/10. 2 pools, the night event was fun, everything is close by.

Meet and clean

Some of the staff (not all) weren’t service oriented (in the Buffett. The food was good (not great), but my expectations could be a bit higher than the media. Since I bought this through an offer, I think it was worth what I paid (not worth the original cost).

“Very good location, lots of staff, but a few times we came across a lazy shift at the bar, or they just wanted tips. We didn’t notice this with anyone else. Super friendly and very attentive in the buffet. Worth noting the cake they gifted for the birthday, as well as the complimentary sweets in the room and champagne, plus they decorated the room with balloons. The rooms are clean, the linens are decent, and we have no complaints about the kitchen either

Rooms was beautiful and staff was great. Especially Darling. He was great. he was the bartender at the swim up bar. Noelia, Antonio were all great. Many more that I cannot remember My different rating was because of management. We stayed for 3 days and we could only make reservations for 1 night. The other nights we had to eat at the buffet restaurant which was good. We wanted to eat at a nice place. When we complained to Juste, from guest services, she stated she would call me back but we have already left the resort and we are still waiting for the call back. Place was to go with family and food was great. They were also doing upgrades but resort just opened. I didnt understand that.
