Great place to relax.

No lo recomiendo el hotel. Muchos mosquitos, poca variedad de comida, bebida alcohólica de mala calidad, el chico de recepcion que nos recibio muy poco servicial, los restaurantes a la carta todos segun reserves lleno y vas al restaurante y esta con muchas mesas vacias. Lo unico bueno del hotel es la animación el staff y el aire de la habitación

Biggest disappointment ever. Check-in was a nightmare because they mixed up reservations (didn’t bother checking first names on our passports). AC in our room didn’t work, and despite hours of complaints, we only got a fan after arguing. It wasn’t fixed until the next day. Rooms look nice but showers flood the floor. Buffet was average with dirty glassware and inconsistent service. Staff often ignored us once they realized we didn’t speak Spanish. One chef even made rude “jokes” about the food being cat or donkey meat. This is nowhere near a 5-star resort. I wanted to leave the first day. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Very competent staff and extraordinary cleanliness in general. Excellent food and drink. Extraordinary beach and free of sargassum. In the late afternoon, sometimes must be cautious with very small mosquitoes on the beach.

This was the worst resort experience of my life. We booked 4 rooms under 3 reservations and check-in was a mess. It took over 10 minutes to explain that two names on separate bookings were different people. Unlike other guests who were welcomed, helped with luggage, and given a tour, no one assisted us. A security guard simply walked us to our rooms. The air conditioning nightmare began immediately. We were told it “just takes time” to cool, but hours later the rooms were over 30°C. Only then did staff admit the A/C had been broken for a while. We were promised fans several times with excuses like “no more fans” or “on the way,” until a group of Spanish-speaking guests complained and someone opened a back room to hand them out. One room’s internet didn’t work at all, and staff did absolutely nothing to fix it. Our front door didn’t close properly, and after complaining, we returned to find it wide open. Staff dismissed it with “sometimes it happens” and told us to use the safe. No apology, no room change. Cleanliness was poor. Showers weren’t cleaned or draining, and dishes were washed where mop buckets were rinsed. If you don’t speak Spanish or Italian, expect to be ignored. Food at the “a la carte” restaurants was the same or worse than the buffet, and despite “full bookings,” dining rooms were half empty. We contacted Viva Wyndham customer care multiple times, only to get the same copy-paste promise that the resort would reply “soon.” Now back from our trip, nothing.

The beach is absolutely perfect – the best we’ve ever been to. The hotel itself is beautiful, pleasant, and clean, with a wonderful entertainment team that is creative and truly puts in a lot of effort.

It is feeo like the hotel is in its early stages, and not everything works as it should. The food was unfortunately not tasty, and the dining area was disorganized and messy. The quality of the alcoholic drinks was also disappointing. Some of the staff members were absolutely lovely and eager to help, but others seemed untrained in providing good service.

Lo mejor es la zona, la playa con ese paisaje de montañas, aguas tranquilas, bello atardecer, de el hotel los deportes acuáticos, boleibol, suficiente repoceras.Un plus, el Snack frente a la piscina y la piscina frente a la playa con comida que va más de pizza y hamburguesas, hasta salcocho, arroz, ensaladas carnes y frutas había, el equipo de animación excelente, los shows nocturnos maravillosos. Me gusta que puedas caminar a todas partes, el sabor de las comidas bien, la cama muy cómoda. El café Miches muy delicioso todo y las chicas dan buen servicio. Agradezco que fui por mi cumpleaños y me pusieron un pastel y un espumante en mi habitación

Aquí voy, el servicio malo, en recepción el checking horrible, el maletero nos dijo donde estaba la habitación para que nos fuéramos nosotros, no nos informaron nada, solo el chico de las reservas a restaurantes tenía buen trato, en el bufette en los 3 días que estuve solo una nos ponía atención y servicios y si pasas cerca de ellos o entras a un lugar ni saludan, señores un hotel el servicio es muy importante . De las instalaciones el agua del lago qué rodea el bar principal se ve marrón horrible, una sola piscina para un hotel grande, el agua se ponía sucia mucha gente junta, esos baños con todo en un espacio muy mal, pues se sabe que a veces van amigos y familiares que comparten habitación y no tienen tanta confianza, las piscinitas de las habitaciones siempre sucias no la limpiaban. Una recomendación es que en el buffet hagan las reglas de poner comida : ponen demasiada incluso falta 15 minutos para cerrar y sacan bandejas llenas de comida y tienen que guardar todo y después vas y hay comida recalentada, muy mal eso, ponen demasiados postres siempre quedaban más de la mitad. El método para el agua en las habitaciones, no ponen botellas de agua hay en el baño una botella de cristal para que uno salga fuera a llenarlo, no había acondicionador ni jabón en pasta. Me sorprendió que en la nevera de la habitación no había cerveza presidente, solo 2 cocacola y 2 sodas
