Decent comfy bed. Bathroom had a bath. It was okay, but I wouldn't stay there again. Parade of shops/takeaways within 2 mins walk if you want it. Communication good, with lockbox combination for getting key.

Didn't like the fittings and deco style. Too clean, shiny, chintzy, basically totally lacking in character or warmth. Bit noisy from people driving by, talking outside etc, also being next to a primary school (I don't mind that though, the sound of kids playing is one of life's joys). Main building door lock broken/taped up and always open; door to flat secure though. Chose the less chintzy bedroom, but it was plagued by a security light outside the window going on every few minutes the first night. They need blackout curtains there. I worked at the dining table, but the lounge lighting is dim, so I had to bring a lamp from the bedroom. Location is safe, but unattractive. It's an infill development accessed via a narrow driveway. Zero food/condiments in the kitchen, but I guess that's the way with urban stays. Toilet flush a bit temperamental. Stool in main chintzy bedroom is broken (not by me). Windows are a bit iffy. Handles don't work properly, and might be easily left open by accident. Kitchen has no curtains/blinds for privacy, as it's overlooked by lots of other properties. 'Garden' is not somewhere you'd want to sit. Massive glass table in middle of lounge is a constant worry. No need for it, just gets in the way.

Bright and clean, worth the money.

Very very noisy neighbours and what i believe was a woman screaming wednesday morning i was concerned

Apartment was clean and the facilities were mostly good.

The apartment felt tired and could do with a lick of paint and some refreshed furniture.
