Sunshine Place St. Albans

Good amenities, close to a nice park and great position to get to Watford.

Better description on how to find it. Found the parking, but needed a reminder of the number of the property. Plus the number could also be placed near the doors of the property.

Sofa uncomfortable. Bed clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Nice flat, good communication, 10 mins from city train station

No fault of the apartment but the upstairs neighbours are very loud. Also smell of weed in the bedroom at side of property

Location was difficult to find and off road. The bedroom smelt strongly of cannibis. We opened the window but the smell was clearly coming from inside. This we found unacceptable. We left the window open for around an hour and managed to remove the smell. The sofabed was not suitable for adults and only really one person rather than two.

The booking was straight forward and the host was very helpful. The location was excellent and the parking was very useful. The property was very well equipped, with good internet access and Wi-Fi and very comfortable!

The lamp in the living room/lounge was broken at the bulb socket and it has live electric wires exposed where the bulb should fit. We unplugged the lamp and did not use it, for safety reasons.
