Que hace una trabajos de reparación con alto ruido en lugar contiguo a mi habitación , impidiendo el descanso. Reporté pero continuaron hasta terminar Deben revisar el funcionamiento de las cerraduras . En una oportunidad se trabó la puerta de la habitación y no abría con mi llave

Desayuno con poca opción, y la vista hacia las casas vecinas

I want to be clear that the staff is very accommodating and the non-room facilities seem to be quite nice. And if you don't have a "duplex suite," the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast most days is quite good, but beware if you're vegan or vegetarian - they don't always put out those foods and you may need to ask for humitas or double-check if it's cooked in butter or oil. All the fruits are amazing. The bed is nice... but keep reading....

The "duplex suite" room is not as advertised. The room description says "This suite is consisted of of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, kitchenware and a microwave. The air-conditioned suite offers a TV with cable channels, a mini-bar, a seating area and a dining area. The unit offers 3 beds." While it is a duplex, there is no separate bedroom. There is only 1 bed. There is a a sofa bed, but it is next to the only bed that exists. The upstairs - which consists solely of a kitchenette and a small dining table) isn't air conditioned and is about 90F (32C) during the day and most of the night, making it impossible to occupy for more than a few minutes). Also, there's no dishwasher - and if you leave anything in the sink, they charge S./30 to clean it (even a coffee cup). The "sleeping area" is fine, the A/C is powerful, but if you're expecting to be comfortable anywhere but the small sleeping area, you're out of luck (and cooking in the upstairs? Only if you want to die from the heat). The bathroom is fine, has hot water, but there are cracks and poor repairs everywhere. There are no toiletries (other than shampoo).
