"UNPROFESSIONAL AND WASTE OF MONEY"

I booked this for my brother and sister-in-law for a short family visit. The only reason I selected this hotel as it was nearby my home. I requested for a little decoration but no-one even bothered to answer. Also I was facing some issues to make a payment initially, I had to call several times as no one was answering. But then I spoke to a lady named Anu and she said they will make sure that the stay is wonderful. When I asked my brother about the stay, he said that the staff was very unprofessional. They ordered some food from the menu and what they got was food packed in plastic containers and when they asked for some plates, people took forever to get back to them. Even tea at room service was sent in a plastic cup covered with a foil paper. How disgusting is that.! I checked the reviews and it was 8 and I am still surprised how did they even get 8 rating on a service like this. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
