Une toute petite fenêtre mais nous étions là que pour dormir et nous le savions

USSpacious, easy check-in, very close to the staten island ferry terminal, clean, and lots of restaurants nearby! Will be back!

USThe apartment is a 15 minute walk to the ferry, which takes you to Manhattan for free. Great host and the place was clean.
The bathroom and living space is a little cramped. If you are taller than 6 feet it may be really uncomfortable but for us it was fine.
USThe place was suitable for a one-night stay. We knew what to expect regarding the height and space. We were advised to be mindful of noise since there were people living upstairs. However, in the middle of the night, banging sounds began, and we couldn’t get a proper night's sleep because of them. The noise didn’t stop until nearly morning, just as we were leaving. On the bright side, the owner was a really nice guy.

DEPreis/Leistung Top. Eine gute Unterkunft wenn man nicht zu überteuerten Preisen Urlaub machen möchte. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. 15 min Fußweg zu der Fähre Staten Island. Shopping Mall gleich am Fährterminal. Lebensmittelmarkt ebenfalls 10 Gehminuten. Rund um perfekt für unseren Urlaub.
Leider ist es nicht möglich die Temperatur in der Kellerwohnung selbst zu bestimmen. Nur über Heizlüfter als Zusatz. Für kalte Wintertage/Nächte nicht so toll. Etwas laut durch die Heizung im Nebenraum und Mieter oben drüber.
