PLVery good Studio close to Ferry which is free of charge. You can leave near car on street without pay. Owners very nice and help so much and explian what is interesting in New York. I reccomend this studio and the owner.

This is not an 8.3 property. Ceiling height below 6'. Lamps that almost fall out of the ceiling. Toilet so small you can't even really sit down. Very questionable neighborhood. Only one small basement window so very dark. Host randomly decided to start moving furniture and other things in the middle of the night, no sleeping was possible after 4AM on both nights prompting us to cut our stay short and leave at 6AM. Highly recommend you skip this place and go somewhere else.
IEHost is really friendly. 12 minutes walk from the free Staten Island ferry to Manhattan. Bed was very comfortable.
