The studio is in the bassement which is totally fine with us. But if you’re tall, it might be a bit complicated to move around.

PLOur stay at this accommodation was exceptional! The host is an incredibly kind person who waited for us to hand over the keys. We were in constant contact as our arrival was delayed. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, adding to the peaceful experience. The Studio is on the side of the building with a separate entrance leading downstairs to the lower level. It is well-equipped with two very comfortable and spacious beds, as well as two sofas. There is also a coffee maker, toaster, stove, and all necessary utensils, plates, cups, and glasses. Additionally, the portable air conditioner in the studio is highly efficient, especially on hot days. The bathroom in the studio is stocked with towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries, which was a nice touch. The internet connection worked perfectly throughout our stay. One of the best aspects is that it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ferry that goes to Lower Manhattan, and the ferry ride itself is around 25 minutes. This makes it very easy to get to a subway station and explore many of New York City's attractions.
On a minor note, the ceiling is indeed quite low, as mentioned in other reviews. This didn't bother us as our family is not very tall; however, for people over 175 cm, it might require some bending. The TV could be larger (it's around 21-24 inches), but those two aspects were not a significant issues for us.
