Luxurious 4 Bedroom House

A 5 minute walk from the airport - very quiet, but prime location.

It is truly luxurious in everything!!!! The furniture and finishing screams luxury. The gold finish of the interior gives you the feel of a 5 star hotel. Sparkling clean toilets and rooms. Luxury products available for use. Complimentary wine. Easy self check-in and check out instructions Nice TV

1. ♿ Not accessible for disabled people. The stairs are a bit narrow. 2. Unrealistic instructions about removing your shoes and walking bear footed once you get into the property. There were no slippers to change into. 3. No heating in room 2 4. Late check-in time at 3pm, other properties allow check-in from 1pm 5. Compulsory check-out time at 9am. General checkout for other properties is at 11am. However, given the nature of the property, the host will need more time to clean and maintain the luxurious standard 6. If you don't stay in the ensuite room, you don't get to use the lounge, but you get to use the kitchen which is in the lounge. Ridiculously confusing. Aside from these, the experience was great!!!!!! If there were more than 5 stars, I would give it all. Wonderful place!

Good location for airport ( 10 min walk to terminal). Quiet residential area, Comfortable bed. Clean. Access to kitchen (although we didn't use it)

Shared bathroom. No bedside table or lamp, no table / desk or chair. Having to remove shoes in the house: hard floor, no carpets or rugs. Not what I call 'luxurious'.

It is about 5 minutes walk from the Airport and on a modern estate. House would be considered fairly new. Estate itself seemed quiet.

Confusion over check out time of 9 a.m. Joining instructions said 11 a.m which i evidenced. Which is standard and expected (especially with a 3 p.m onwards check in). A guy arrived at 10 a.m (presumably to clean etc) and opened our room whilst we were still in there. Clearly a miscommunication (he didn't know we were in there) but a 9 a.m checkout should be made VERY clear at booking time (almost as a warning really). I cleared this up with him as we left and he apologised and passed on the owner's apologies. The floor coverings are all wooden. The problem with this in modern houses (where most of the walls are plasterboard to save build cost) then you can hear everything. I was woken by the room above at 4-15 a.m clattering about until they left at 5-30 a.m. Whilst it's a shared house which you are getting a room in, it makes sound deadening more important in my opinion. This would stop me staying in future because I cannot really see how anyone moving around at silly o'clock will be able to do it quietly.

There was nothing around the area. Found an off license but nowhere to eat The guy who ran the house was very rude and very passive aggressive.
