GBIt was clean and tidy
Felt that you couldn’t relax due to all the rules! It was cold and the rooms didn’t feel homely! And when you go downstairs you feel like you’re being watched all the time. And 9am is a silly check out time, especially when their is only 1 bathroom!

Nothing against the property. BUT due to unnecessary rude/harsh wording in instructions email ( which arrived couple of hours before our stay ) had put us in to distress and made the stay unpleasant. There is no need for that . Polite communication would be more appreciated . Based on that I’d not recommend this property
IMConvenient location for airport
On the day of checking in I received an email that began in block capitals, if found outside the property even a minute before check in time I would be removed from the property, just a bit of a hostile way to greet a guest. It continues to say you will be removed from the property if you don’t follow all the other rules. There are also cameras all in the communal areas which worries me if they were also in other rooms. It is for safety as there are other rooms booked so I understand. Just not pleasant to be watched. As soon as you walk in Alexa starts telling you the rules of the house. It’s a bit much. The bed has a lumpy mattress and the head board bangs when you move so had to stuff a towel down the back of the bed. We were dropped off by a friend who came in to the house whilst we got ready to go straight back out for tea, and I received a text saying he had to leave immediately. I did explain, but still asked to leave immediately or further action would be taken. Not a welcoming place.
