Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 220 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. There might be an addional charge which is dependent on the property managements descretion for group booking of more than 2 or more rooms being booked by a guest or group of friends or family.
