Very good distance from the airport, good location, nice bed rooms and comfy beds

Other guests staying in the house very noisy and irritating, annoying if you're up early for a flight and can't sleep due to other inconsiderate guests.

Calling it a luxurious 4bed house is an overstatement! It’s clean & tidy and neat but the “deluxe 2 pers bedroom is a laugh” wonky and broken cabinets , hole in the wall curtains that drag,torn blinds and a kettle I have to put in the floor to use.That can be overseen for what u pay but don’t call it luxurious because it isn’t and don’t state well equipped kitchen with fridge if u can’t use it unless u stay in the en suite or more than 3 days and then say that was communicated before hand because it wasn’t!!!! I have medication that needs to be kept cool and the reason we booked here was the kitchen with fridge …. So when u can’t use it!!!! Either don’t advertise it or be more precise with who can use it! And also check if someone forces the lock as this morning it was ripped off so I feel robbed as someone has decided to use it without asking and my medication couldn’t be cooled ! Owners enjoy a very strong perfumed house and having tropical lizards running around and don’t mind a hefty electric bill due to heating the place till it matches the temperature of the sun . If u the give your honest opinion and give a mediocre review u get blamed for theft and damages ( and holy crap if u check reviews from months earlier the damages were already there with pictures to prove it !!! ) The way they communicate is less than civil and in the end very childish by blocking u so u can’t even answer their accusations ! Is it clean tidy yess would I stay again NO!

It's nice accmodation close to airport. Felt a little bit uncomfortable with whole camera and Alexa situation, a lot of regulations and information received on Day of arrival. But overall nice location and room was not too bad just pillows uncomfortable and could have extra blanket in there.

I was not able to locate the exact adress. The taxi driver also was not able to locate it. on the given phone nobody was answering. So I was not able to find the house. So I spent the whole night on the airport...

The house is close to the airport. The room was clean and amenities were welcoming unlike the hosts.

As others have mentioned we received text and hour before arrival which was very clear of expectations. Bordering rude, but we thought nothing of if. Within a few minutes of entering the property we received a second text informing us that the establishment had received a noise complaint from one of their regulars also staying the house. I point out this was 3.30pm. We had walked in the property and up the stairs and were talking in our room. Added to this my partner, who had driven my friend and I there, had popped in to use the bathroom, which was also referenced in the text. Knowing that there was nothing around the area to do and not wishing to upset anyone, as we were going to be spending the next 12 hours in the room until our flight, we asked for a refund and chose to find somewhere else to stay. The management refused a refund. The property is a great location to the airport, but being a new build the walls are thin and which will make it hard for anyone who is not travelling alone to not make any noise. We weren't rowdy, we were literally just talking. My advise if traveling in a pair, don't waste your money booking here, unless you don't intend to talk at least. A £60 lesson learnt here, to read the reviews before booking. I was also informed by management that by leaving a negative comment would only bring me bad Karma. I don't feel this a bad comment. Just an honest one.
