I didn't like anything about the property

The kitchen light wasnt working but and the owner was ready to say we broke it and among other things including the door and the flush sending curses and voice notes Then zero maintenance, the heat wasn't on, and the water heater wasn't on either. One person got locked in the toilet at night because of the zero maintenance lock The owner was very rude

Nothing, could not stay as wasn't cleaned and had to book another accommodation. Have asked for refund 3 times which was told would get refund next day, now a week has past and still waiting. I have photographic evidence to prove we were there and disgusted with condition of proprty

Had arranged arrival time of 3pm, through booking.com but on arrival we still did not have the key code to enter property. I called the owner who gave me the code then told me he would be an hour as he had not been to this property for some time and had still to clean it. We decided to go in anyway and we're shocked by the condition of the rooms. The back door leading out of the kitchen to a small outside area was wide open and there was 5 beer boxes with empty bottles, kitchen was very basic, not like the photos on the Web site and bin was overflowing. Living room had lots of stains on seating area. At this point we decided we were not staying here and I called the owner to tell him this and I would like a refund. There was no apology just said he would refund me. Upstairs was just as bad, used bedding and towels everywhere and the bathroom had used toilet roll holders all over the floor with used towels. My partner then made another booking through booking.com which was fantastic. We had a great time in Belfast until this happened, I have contacted customer services and then escalated to a complaint and am still waiting to hear back from booking.com. All I want is to be refunded as I never stayed there, if you require photographs let me know

Nothing as we didn't stay as they cancelled on day of arrival

That they emailed me a couple of hours before our stay and we had already arrived from derry

WE DID NOT GET TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE A GROUP STAYED IN IT THE NIGHT PREVIOUS AND DESTROYED IT SO WE HAD GO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE PLACE LAST MINUTE

The only good thing about this property was that it was a 15 minute walk away from the venue we were attending

The entire thing was filthy and it was complete and utter false advertisement, the communication between the home owner was very rude and he showed no interest in good customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the hygiene above all was appalling and I cannot believe this home owner even allowed anyone inside the property even though it had not been cleaned since the last guests!

Cosy place in a friendly neighbourhood, great beds, easy communication with owner

The street is narrow, with cars parked at both sides and traffic coming from left and right. But we always found a parking spot nearby. The house could do with an update.
