Lovely home, 5 mins from the the beach

Everything was perfect, everything we needed! Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Lovely decor, home from home ... And excellent location - short walk into the village and to the beach. Also, very clear instructions from owner, very friendly and welcoming and even have a helpful local area guide app.

Excellent communications from our hosts. Free wifi! Honestly, we could have arrived with nothing and still been fine - everything had been thought off. There's even a dog tag saying "I'm on holiday at...". We'll be going back for a longer stay, and next time we'll bring the dogs. Thank you!

Mattresses could have been a bit better, they felt uneven and quite soft. But perhaps that's down to personal taste.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Very comfortable beds. We liked Newbiggin on Sea and had excellent fish and chips one evening and crab sandwiches for lunch. The weather was mixed but we had a couple of enjoyable walks along the beach and went into Morpeth.
