Very limited options for breakfast. Ketchup, tissue papers were available only on demand.

On the last day, our request for packed B/F was turned down for the readon6the Hotel did not have parking material. Limited toiletries were provided only on demand. The dustbins were cleared on asking.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide spread of Indian and Continental Dishes.

The hotel staff is very good and polite

Sheets were clean but it got yellowish. Maintenance should be done.

Location was good, lobby etc was ok. Room was very big. Food taste was very good

They put pics of buffet for breakfast and dinner but they don't have any buffet anywhere in hotel. They have a kitchen but no restraint of their own. They seem to have rented it out to Karina and keep telling guests to go to Karims as if promoting that restraint chain even though guests may have reservation in going to karims kind of restaurant.food quantity provided was insufficient. We had taken full day F&B plan and the breakfast was worthless. One or two receptionists would talk to you in a very aggressive tone with such tone as if you are talking to the hotel chain owner itself. Not a good experience. I won't bon in here next time. Thanks
