The photos online.

I booked two adjacent rooms. one room had kettle but other didn't. We did not get Towels for first night and hotel staff would only apologize saying that laundry will arrive soon. The AC was repaired in front of us after complaining to leave the hotel. I found the Master keys lying inside my room and try to imagine now _I could have easily entered any room of my choice. Food orders from restaurants on ground floor took 1 and half hours to reach my room. Waiter bringing the food order said the room orders are treated last and you cannot add even a roti / salad to this order now. kitchen is closed.
