I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was very good and the staff were really attentive and kind. The location is convenient, but just a heads-up — tuk tuks don’t usually pass by, so you’ll need to use Uber or call a taxi. Overall, a very good experience!

Nice hotel with polite staff. Comfortable room. Good room service - they bring you the food from the restaurant straight to the room.

The water was in the bathroom was only lukewarm but considering the outside heat it was not a problem.

"Great city, very mediocre hotel. Try elsewhere."

Decent location. Decent facilities in theory.

Before I arrived, having paid INR2500, Fab hotels tried to cancel my booking. This was 4 hours before my arrival and after the scheduled booking time. Room stank of smoke. TV didn’t work. No hot water and on the last morning before I had to the airport, the room had no water at all.

"fab hotel screwed up, and they are best at screwing things up, shame"

fab hotel associate canceled my booking as I was not ready to pay 560+ rupees to them directly, but the operation manager of Kzar Corporate ensured about the availability of the room and offered a very nice room. It was a very short stay with fair treatment, only and initially spoiled by fab hotel

I did not like the way fab hotel associate dealt with me, I am sure off late fab is making money and has forgot the basics and very common ways to communicate with customers. Will never come to any hotel fab is promoting and for sure I will ensure each and everyone I know, avoids fab hotels services. THEY ARE NO LONGER NEEDED.
