The "apartment" was exactly like the potots The location was perfect! Right next to Morrisons and 15 to the beach! The bath is also very nice The pillows were nice and soft

First of all I was harassed daily with texts from a company that you have partnered with, an insurance company trying to scam me out of paying either a 30 pound non refundable waiver "for your peace of mind in case you break something" OR pay 350 refundable deposit with a non refundable 9 pound booking fee?! When I asked why this wasn't shown in the booking information or the policies on the listing my question was totally disregarded and ignored, their response was just vague and pathetic, offering me early check in and they would reduce the waiver to 20?! What a joke. I spoke to two people from booking.com and they advised me to not pay it (insurance shouldn't be paid by your guests) and to just turn up and if I was refused entry they would provide me with alternative accommodation. Thankfully check in was fine and I stayed the whole duration of my trip, however.. the place is tiny, the fact your calling it an apartment is hilarious, the bed area is way to cramped. The TV doesn't work properly as I ended up watching YouTube for two days. You have all the amenities like microwave, toaster, plates and whatever but no where to wash up properly? The sink in the bathroom is far to small to to dishes and it's not sanitary either. The bath was beautiful but you can't stand up in it to rince the bubbles off. The mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable and there were bleach stains all over the back of the pillowcases. When I took all the bedding off at the end of my stay there were yellow stains on the pillows and a few marks on the duvet as well which is really off putting. I didn't use the fridge during my stay because there were loads of what looked like dog hair all over the top shelf in the right hand corner, gross! There was no mention how tight the stairs were from floor 1 to floor 2, I struggled to get my suitcase up.

Really good location for south shields metro and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The bath is lovely and having Netflix was a bonus. Communication with property managers was excellent and the property was easy to find. Didn't use the parking but it would have been easy to park outside.

The mattress is uncomfortable and needs replacing .

The bed was very uncomfortable. The springs were digging into my back. The bedding was not clean, there was hair and dirt in it and it smelled very bad. I couldn't sleep half the night, the next day I was unconscious even though we had a long trip and I was very tired.

We only stayed one night but it delivered on every level for what we required

Unfortunately there was no toaster available although I have been assured that this has been rectified We slept well so the bed must have been comfortable or else this would not have been the case Apartment would not be suitable for people with mobility issues due to the staircase but once inside it was all on one level I would definitely stay here again
