Everything was flawless. I was having a hard time finding a place to stay. I am so happy I decided to choose this mini studio.

I loved everything.

The bath

The bedding was not clean .bed was stained hair found in bed and had to have it changed and had to pay a waiver of £30 pound that was not mentioned in the advert on booking.com

i'm not sure if it was the host we bumped into, but the lady living in the same building was lovely. it was very convenient as a location for our conference in south shields. The bath was great, HUGE! They'd left tea and coffee facilities (no milk tho).

it may just be highlighted by the fact we stayed in the height of summer, but there was no air in the room, the sun had heated it up through the day and it was so stuffy we couldn't sleep. We looked around for a fan, but there hadn't been one left anywhere. They'd made the best they could of the room itself, which was an attic space, but sleeping under the slanted ceiling was less than ideal too (lots of bumping heads!). As i say, the hosts must have made the most out of the space they had, just the overheating and how cramped it was meant it didn't feel as worth the money as it could have done.

The cleanliness. The bath is a striking feature. The wee coffee machine and all the other utilities.

Getting into bed under the eaves was very tricky, and remembering to duck down when under them. The steep stair access is not really for people with mobility issues. I have some mobility problems and found it a little precarious.
