Stylish Victorian Apartment's close to the Botanical gardens, Free parking!

Beautiful and characterful apartment in a superb location with parking and easy access to the whole city. Comfortable beds, cosy reception room and excellent kitchen with everything you need for a family stay.

Well-situated with the Botanics, New Town and Old Town etc all within easy reach. Free on-street car parking was a bonus for us although the apartment is also on regular bus service route. Apartment was comfortable, cosy, well-equipped and private, with some nice architectural features which give it a bit of Victorian character. It was also quiet despite being located on a main road. There are lovely views of the Edinburgh skyline (Old Town and Castle etc) from the front door.

Shower room/toilet in main bedroom is small but perfectly functional. It would have been nice to have bedside lights in the main bedroom but this is just a very small quibble as the apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped generally. When stripping the beds at the end of our stay, I noticed that our mattress protector had a few small old stains. However, the actual bedlinen in both rooms was very clean, as was the apartment as a whole, and the beds were very comfy!

Great apartment with comfortable bedrooms, a good size livingroom and great kitchen. An easy and nice 20 min walk to city center.

Email with pictures and full instructions came the night before our stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with, left us a fab bottle of wine and the apartment was nice we would have been happy to stay in if we had not had an event to go to
