Stylish Victorian Apartment's close to the Botanical gardens, Free parking!

Well appointed and very clean

Only reason not a 10 is that we were not prepared for the steps. We have 2 senior travelers and there were too many steps for them.

Quiet location - spacious accommodation - ensuite bathrooms - comfortable beds - bus stop outside

The apartment is very beautiful and stylish, spacious, quite enough for 4 people. The bus station is just in front of the apartment and the ride to the city center is about 15-20 minutes.

Bathrooms are very beautiful but not too practical.

What an amazing place to stay while exploring Edinburgh. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The apartment was really clean and very comfortable. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. What an amazing find thank you

Nothing at all

There is a bus stop right outside the apartment which makes it extremely easy to get to the main attractions / city. Certainly not walkable to say the Royal Mile etc. Met Kirsten and she was very friendly and even got us a drink of one the local whiskey . Vey sweet of her. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for the wine bottle and the shortbread which was a nice touch.

One of the bathrooms is a bit tight on space but you can live with it. Bedside tables would be helpful. The barbecue area in the front was unusable when we were there probably because of some ongoing repairs on the upper floor.

We had a lovely visit while staying in the Edinburgh Stylish Victorian Apartment, this past June. The accommodation is large,elegantly furnished,with a terrific kitchen. It was especially thoughtful for the hosts to gift our family with Clotted Cream Shortbread, chocolate covered marshmallows, and a bottle of Champagne! It was during our stay, that our daughter and partner announced their proposal to wed, and we could toast their happiness with the champagne so generously provided! The location is wonderful, and within walking distance of buses, restaurants, stores, supermarket, and the Edinburgh Botanic Garden. 5 STARS!

The only tiny inconvenience is the lack of a clothes washer. BUT, Martin generously offered to have our laundry sent out to be laundered. Unexpected, and appreciated: even though we didn't accept his offer.
