"stay was good and comfortable"

my mother and 2 sisters stayed at your hotel...on the first day during breakfast my mother faced an issue,there was some metal kind of piece in her food...it could be dangerous if my mom had swallowed it...please make sure that such kind of negligence doesn't happen in future....
