I just checked in. In the room, there is no cleaning and no towle! Please come here to check immediately. I'm really upset!トイレの便座がはずれかけ、水の流れも最低です。宿泊施設として未整備、booking.comから掲載を外して下さい。オーナーがメールでタオルとリネンを持ってくるよう手配すると言ったのに実行されませんでした。とにかく最低です！！！

Location .. close to centre Was good for an overnight stay somewhere to put our heads down as we had a gigg in centre

No bed sheets on bedding or pillows ? Broken toilet seat Not clean from last guests .. empty cans, bags full of dirty laundry , vape , empty toiletries, weed and tobacco all over table

Nothing I arrived and the lock was broken and the host didn’t message me or let me know he took my money and didn’t reply I’ve called over 50 times and he hasn’t been replying at all

I didn't get the opportunity to find out as it was double booked so I wasn't able to stay there

The fact I didn't get to use it

Very close to the city and transport links. It had new appliances, fairly newly renovated. A small courtyard to relax in and dry washing.

I think the cleaner omitted to clean the kitchen, but after a quick wipe over surfaces including a dirty plate taken from the microwave, all was good.

We had excellent communication with our host Ethan from start to finish. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
