The only thing was the shower you got the water temp just right but then the water went cold

The location was good and the host communicated well.

It was quite run down and we had an issue with the hot water in the morning. We felt it could have benefited from a deep clean as some areas were not what we would consider clean.

Close to Cardiff centre and it was possible to walk in 10 minutes

Theres only "residents parking" so we wern't sure where to park until we rang host and they said it's not monitored so just park on the street, this did make us uncomfortable though in case we got a parking ticket. Key box didn't have "2" on it so we didn't know which box had our key in. We tried them all but when ringing host it became apparent we were given the wrong pin code anyway. The bedroom has a glass door with no blind so neighbours can see directly on to the bed from their windows. Host said the last guests broke the blind but its been mentioned in several other reviews over a number of bookings. Wardrobe has the bedding for the sofa bed and broken door blind so little room for clothes. The bedside light shade was broken. The bedroom is small so the double bed is against one wall meaning one person has to climb over the bed to get in. Shower room window has no blind and is overlooked by neighbours windows which made us feel very uncomfortable. Shower screen door and shower trap were filthy and the advertised toiletries was one bottle of ASDA 2 in 1 shower/shampoo for men! The shower room is extreamly small and it was not possible to have enough room to dry after a shower without making more room by opening the bathroom door. Fridge, mugs, kitchen cupboards were dirty and only one saucepan and one frying pan for cooking. The apartment was generally dirty and dusty and needs a good clean. It was too cold to use the outside area but there was a number of pieces of rubbish out there so we wouldn't have used it anyway.

Wir sind mit 3 Personen angereist. Es war zunächst alles nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet. Nach einem Telefonat war jedoch innerhalb von 30 Minuten jemand vor Ort und hat die fehlenden Handtücher und Bettwäsche geliefert.

The location is by far the best bit - it's a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Cardiff. The flat is spacious for a weekend in the city and had helpful tools, such as a hairdryer. The shower is fantastic - new, clean, and spacious. It was kept warm enough during a cold spell, which made it comfortable.

The bathroom is very small - most of the time you're trying not to tip onto the toilet lid when washing your face in the sink. Most annoying of all was that there's a glass door in the bedroom that has no cover - we found the old blinds in the wardrobe, but new ones desperately need putting up - it looks directly onto the bed and me and my partner did not feel comfortable about that.

Zero privacy in bathroom and bedroom- no blinds or curtains so neighbours windows could see directly in. Had to buy bin bags to cover them up. Lack of basic necessities - toilet paper. This property lacked cleanliness in some areas- hair in cutlery draw, when lifted up toilet seat it was very dirty.
