Property lovely and clean, very well laid out and kitchen had most utensils etc for cooking.

Not the best area in Cardiff and parking was not always available close to the property, but these are minor issues.

Great location.

Instructions not clear to get key from lockbox, not numbered and several. Instructions not clear on parking, had to call. Apartment not clean in places, mainly kitchen area. No dish cloth to wipe work tops etc. Back door in bedroom requires curtains, no curtain so can see in bedroom whilst sleeping, getting ready, which was not good as 2 females on own. Apartment needs Instructions on heating, no thermostat could be found. Definitely areas that could be much better.

All modern and new, comfortable bed and little terrace. Everything seemed clean, and great location just a 20min walk from everything.

Shower drain was a little blocked.

Excellent apartment walking distance to the castle, nightlife, coach and rail station.

Location was good, less than a ten minute walk from the central downtown area and less than twenty from the train station. Keys get picked up/dropped off at a lockbox outside the door so checking in/out was easy. Property was very clean and had modern appliances.

I was honestly thrown off by the fact that there’s a glass door in the bedroom leading to the courtyard (directly opposite the bed) that had no shades/curtains on it, as well as the bathroom window, directly behind the toilet, having no shades/curtains on it. Was extremely uncomfortable as even though there is a retaining wall out there, I could easily see the neighbors windows which means they would be able to see into the bedroom and bathroom through their windows. I would strongly suggest to the property to install curtains asap.

Everything was great with the apartment - a well sized space overall, very comfortable bedroom and great bathroom! Also was very quiet in the area.

Property had everything you needed, and looks exactly as in the pictures. The host was super helpful and even brought us things we didn’t ask for that he noticed we needed during our stay (a clothes horse to dry our clothes). He replied immediately and was very accommodating. It was in a great location about a 5 minute walk into the city!

In all, it was a very enjoyable experience. The apartment host was very pleasant, available 24hrs, communicative, responsive. The apartment was perfect for the occasion, clean, very well decorated and furnished to make it homely with nice touches, exhibiting a touch of class, taste and consideration on small things that matter in a home, like automated fragrance dispenser, motion sensitive lighting on entering apartment, mains extension leads despite adequate mains outlet sockets throughout. The location of the apartment was excellent with easy access to all transport services, shopping centre and leisure activities. As a first time visitor to Wales, the ability and ease at which l was able explore as far as Swindon, Newport, Bristol and much of the areas around Cardiff and Barry in the few days l had, just made it the perfect escapade.

Not having booked a longer stay.
