Lovely ambience, airy and spacious with nice river views. Good communication with easy self check in. Comfortable and convenient location to cafes restaurants even at at Easter Easy boardwalk to river and kitchen equipped with good cooking options.

This is an excellent apartment looking over the river. Very clean and tidy, with character and art deco mixed to make it very homely. Hosts very professional and nice to deal with. And very comfy beds!

Our only issue is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

This place could be so much more it has a nice style. But it needs a lot TLC. Location was okay,

The 2nd bedroom was extremely musty and mold showing. Couldn’t sleep in this room we considered it a health hazard. Had to ring up for the door code as we didn’t receive it before as stated. The owner then texted it to me about 3.30pm. Thanks for that. Nothing worse than not being able to get in. Needs blinds on dinning room windows.

It was nice and cosy shame about the parking as our van didn’t fit the parking spot

It needs a good clean as there was loads of spiders everywhere as we do in Perth need to set of bombs brought from Bunnings to clean out the spiders other than this all was good for one night

Great location, outlook and spacious living areas Wifi excellent and bathroom products lovely.

No real cooling system and apartment was hot in afternoon. Bedrooms didn’t have lights, hanging space,working mirror. Bedroom 2 not comfortable to sleep in.

What a beautiful “Art Deco” property and congratulations to the owners on such a well presented property. Great location, easy walk to local Restaurants in a safe area.

There was so much to like about this art deco apartment. I'm a designer. Loved the open and airy layout, old hardwood floors, amazing architecture, spectacular view overlooking trees and flowers beneath the back patio, very cool vintage cabinets in kitchen, funky stainless steel door pulls, high ceilings, tons of windows and natural light in back. 2 bedrooms perfect for our needs. Nice bathroom with unusual shower which we didn't even use. Host provided coffee, tea, sugar, milk. We were comfortable here for the one night and would have stayed longer if the place wasn't already booked. Chris was a sweetheart on the phone and very responsive.

I'm extremely picky and accustomed to fine accommodations. This amazing apartment has so much potential, but I guess it can't reach it whilst being used as rental property. Don't hesitate to book it and enjoy the many positive features, but you may encounter mismatched and/or burned out bulbs, window treatments in disarray, overstuffed closet, household items left lying about, etc. The wonderful old wood floor needs refinishing. If the owner brought this beautiful place up to its potential, he could increase the rental rate.
