CBD Apartment, River View

Good location and large bright lounge and kitchen.

Needed a little more TLC. Things like bedroom blinds that wouldn't open, dirty shelves in kitchen, nowhere obvious to plug in bedside lamp. A few cushions in the lounge would make deep sofa more comfortable and a bit more dusting of lamps etc would freshen up the place.

It’s a very spacious apartment with a lovely view towards the river. It is especially nice in the early evening. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of room in the bedroom. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to be able to cook. The fridge is a good size.

It was a little on the warm side and there is no air conditioner. Although this wouldn’t be a problem most of the time.

CBD Aptの大家さんと 季節により住居交換のため上の階にいらしていた、Aukland 在住で奥様が日本人の現地夫妻に、翌朝出発前に偶々お茶をご馳走になる機会があり、同じ九州出身とのことで色々と話が盛り上がり 楽しい時間を過ごすことのできる思い出となった。

Großzügiges Appartement mit kleiner Terrasse mit Aussicht. Nette Einrichtung ohne viel Tüdelkram und trotzdem gemütlich.

The location was perfect-handy to walk to the main shopping area, restaurants, supermarket etc. Also handy to walk along the river bank and there was covered parking near to the entrance. We needed to contact the host for some replacement items and he responded promptly and delivered the items soon after along with bonus Christmas Mince pies which was lovely. The ground floor apartment was large, with plenty of room in the kitchen and all utensils and equipment that we needed for preparing and making meals. It was useful having a washing machine/dryer.

The roman blinds and curtains in the bedrooms were past their best with broken cords etc and could do with replacing. The mirror in the main bedroom was leaning against the wall and needs to be hung up.
