Property Notes

The property issues invoices to the guest upon request in a period between 30 and 60 days after check out. This is an ocean front building. The building has a common pool shared with other guests of the building you can use from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We have guard at all night. There is massage tent on the beach. There is parking boats in front of the building, the beach isn't swimmable. The building is close to the club’s street, could be noisy. The beach is constantly changing, mostly it is small and sometimes with seaweed. Smoking in any room will incurr a fine of $200USD The elevator in the building has capacity for 2 people Notice for Last-Minute Bookings: For last-minute bookings, please note that we need an additional 2 hours for check-in, between 15:00 and 17:00, to ensure the unit is fully prepared for your stay. If you inquire before your check-in time and the unit is ready, we’ll be happy to accommodate an immediate check-in. If you’re arriving after 17:00, the unit will be ready for check-in right away. **Important notice** Maintenance work in the building from June 19 to 21, it can be noisy POOL MAINTENANCE: From May 25th to June 13th- Pool NOT available nor accesible for guestsPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

store, og greie rom. Rom 3 hadde en flott og stor terrasse rett mot sjøen. fint å se på fiskebåtene som dro ut på morgenen. Air condition i hvert soverom. stort og greit innredet

tok en dag før spørsmål ble besvart. Dårlig trøkk i dusjen. vi fikk en mail med innsjekkings informasjon. denne bad jeg om å få et par dager før ankomst pga lang flytid fra Norge. det fikk vi ikke, men tidsnok før vi kom til overnattingsstedet

"Nice apartment if you can sleep through noise. No beach access!"

Location is excellent. Apartment was well appointed, clean, and tidy. Very nice kitchen and living space.

The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. This was made worse by three clubs close by which played music at full volume till very late in the night every night. The parking is set up as double parking, so you are often either blocked in or blocking someone. One morning we were awoken at 6:30 by someone who needed to leave, so I had to move the car. Also, the photos lead you to believe you're on the beach, but this is misleading. There is a view of the shore, but you can't really access the beach without walking a couple blocks to a public access. What you have is a door that opens to a rocky coastline with massage chairs on a deck. There is enough hot water for one shower if you're lucky.

La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, super equipado, limpio, y cómodo.

El olor del mar en lo particular no me agradó, olía demasiado a pescado, pero igual solo es al entrar y no es la gran cosa la verdad.

"Un lugar muy agradable con una playa no muy cercana."

La ubicacion es excelente y la casa en si tiene todo y todo es de muy buena calidad. Es exactamente como muestran las fotos, lo que se refiere al interior del lugar.

Lo unico que no me gusto fue la salida al mar. En la foto pareceria ser una playa muy linda y agradable pero en la realidad la playa donde uno tiene acceso es un puerto, y es imposible meterse ahi. La playa mas cercana es playa Mamitas a 6 cuadras.
