Property Notes

The property issues invoices to the guest upon request in a period between 30 and 60 days after check out. This is an ocean front building. The building has a common pool shared with other guests of the building you can use from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We have guard at all night. There is massage tent on the beach. There is parking boats in front of the building, the beach isn't swimmable. The building is close to the club’s street, could be noisy. The beach is constantly changing, mostly it is small and sometimes with seaweed. Smoking in any room will incurr a fine of $200USD The elevator in the building has capacity for 2 people Notice for Last-Minute Bookings: For last-minute bookings, please note that we need an additional 2 hours for check-in, between 15:00 and 17:00, to ensure the unit is fully prepared for your stay. If you inquire before your check-in time and the unit is ready, we’ll be happy to accommodate an immediate check-in. If you’re arriving after 17:00, the unit will be ready for check-in right away. **Important notice** Maintenance work in the building from June 19 to 21, it can be noisy POOL MAINTENANCE: From May 25th to June 13th- Pool NOT available nor accesible for guestsPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The location, the ocean view, the light

The apartment was not ready when we arrives at 3:30pm. The maintenance guys are eating in the apartment. Then they spent 20 munites doing the cleaning. One of the loft rooms is very small and the closet is locked and we don't have enough room for out luggages.

"Good location and friendly staff"

Location was great. We could walk to the avenue or go to the town for groceries. It gets a bit loud at times - we were there for xmas and new years -but nothing crazy. Great ocean view, and there is a massage place right there, so you can relax.

The pool was not clean, so we only used it to clean our feet when coming back from the beach. The microwave never really worked either, so we had to use the stove to heat food. There is no beach, as you are located where fishing boats dock, so you have to walk to the nearest beach. It isn't too bad if you have no mobility issues.

Alex, our host, was incredible - could not have been more helpful, friendly, and prompt in all of his responses. Apartment was clean and spacious. The location is excellent for town centre, only downside was a few nightclubs nearby had pounding music on until the early hours of the morning - it was mostly shut out once the bedroom doors were closed, but incredibly loud in the lounge. Pool was nice. Beach is non-existent and thick was seaweed, but that’s up and down the coast.

Better sound proofing in the living room and kitchen - noise from nearby nightclubs was immense

Nice place to stay, GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO BARS and everything around playa del Carmen. Friendly staff with security guard at night so you feel secure in the premises...
