Great location, just off the beaten path, close to the beach and awesome helpful hosts.

Kim was lovely. So welcoming and friendly, made breakfast and brought it up each morning and it was always amazing. The room we had was spacious, the house is close to some nice bars and the free bikes helped get you into the main center, about 5 mins if that or a 10 minute walk.

The bed was a little too hard for us. Water pressure in the shower was hit and miss.

Great location, short walk or bike ride to the beach, Kim the host was lovely and friendly, breakfast was delicious. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

We loved this place so much we didn't want to leave! Kim was a wonderful, friendly host who can help you with anything you need while there. Breakfast was great, rooms were cool with comfy beds, free bikes to use and a sweet little neighborhood that is out of the touristy zone of Hoi An. The house dog, Lulu, and proximity to the beach were huge bonuses!

Sometimes you could hear the busy street but not a big deal. The heart of Hoi An is a 15 minute Grab away, which we didn't mind and did several times.
