Super friendly host, excellent breakfast and nice clean room - amazing price. Location is good; you can easily walk to the nicer, quieter beach with several nice cafes and restaurants.

What a wonderful place this is! Kim is just the nicest person. She looks after everyone so well. Nothing is too much trouble. If I ever come back to Hoi An I will definitely stay here again. Just Amazing.

Kim is an excellent hostess. We felt incredibly comfortable at her place. She promptly took care of everything, ensuring we could truly enjoy our stay. She's a wonderful person. The accommodation was very clean, and the location was superb. We were at the beach within 3 minutes with the provided bicycles. Thank you so much Kim!

Kim is an excellent host and offers many services to ensure you have a pleasant stay. (Pick up service, laundry, activities...) The breakfast was good and everyday we could choose a different option. From the homestay it is only a short bike ride to the most beautiful beach...
