The Host Kim is Great , She is a super Host , Breakfast served were fresh and good , And they have a cute poodle. A stay Ill remember forever.

There was a dog called Lulu, I love the fact that there is a hotel dog. There was an amazing community within the hotel.

It was on the main road, but that was about it.

I loved everything about this place. Kim was a super host from the very beginning, with a flexible check in on our early arrival. Our room was comfortable with all the right touches. Breakfast, full of delicious options was a nice start to each day. Kim also helped arrange anything we needed during our stay, all at very reasonable pricing. We hope to stay again some day.

Maybe the place we stayed is not that busy place I guess. And also the accomodation fee here is fairly high from my point of view.

Just a little away from the centre.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our wonderful host Kim looked after us from start to finish, making great breakfasts and coffee, renting bikes and arranging our airport transfer. It couldn't have been a smoother visit and Kim and her family are lovely.

This house is a gem within the village of An Bang. A solid wooden structure, with a large courtyard where you have breakfast and where you get your bikes or motorbikes. It located a 4 minute bike ride from the beach, or a leisurely 12 minute walk if you wish, to An Bang where you can enjoy authentic family run Vietnamese restaurants or craft beer bars or beach bungalows. Kim, your host, is a national treasure. She goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable, provides fantastic recommendations, and makes breakfast daily. She even showed my son how to make the signature dish of Hoi An, Cau Lau. The beds were comfortable, the A/C strong, the water hot, and the wifi was great. What else do you need? Just stay here and relax - you'll never regret one moment. Our stay with Kim was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam!

The bikes need some attention but frankly, the squeaks and rough nature actually lent to the character of the experience. I actually began to enjoy the bikes, LOL. Besides, you're never on the bike for more than 10 minutes since everything is so close.
