L’emplacement …

Pression de l’eau hyper faible et sans eau chaude… Ce n’est vraiment pas très pratique pour bien se laver les cheuveux et pas très agréable. D’autant plus que l’odeur de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. Une odeur permanente d’égouts. Le chemin pour accéder aux logements est souvent inondé dû à la pluie et est donc sale, glissant, et boueux. Le gérant n’est pas très complaisant, une simple demande de late check-out jusqu’à midi est refusé… Le Check - out à 11h00 pile est obligatoire.

The property is near tourism road. You could walk and its accessible. The staffs are amazing, kind and friendly.

Location: very convenient and a super short walk to tourism road and close to restaurants, sari-sari stores and even trikes/tuktuks Staff: friendly, accomodating and will definitely help with coordinating any tours or rides Room: comfortable, spacious and clean Price: affordable and worth it

If it rains, be prepared to get your feet wet because the road floods a little and gets muddy

Location was really good . Walking distance to main road and great access to all that you need . The staff was really friendly especially ate LynLyn ( Thank you for your kindness )

The one that is a bit on the negative side was the road coming in from the main street . It could use more gravel to even up the road or maybe have it cemented in the future but then again it's more like a government issue not Casa De Loren .

The room was so spacious, and the staff were friendly. The location is in the center of General Luna, where the food, shopping, and party area are located.

The shower head was broken. They just put a tape around the flexible hose and the shower head. It is useless as the water is leaking. The water pump is not working well. The overhead shower has low water pressure, sometimes the water won't come out or it is so slow. Some pillows are hard and uncomfy.

Location is great, staff were extremely accommodating. Owners were terrific and did a great job with the place. Definitely would stay again there next time.

The property was clean , and nice . It made you feel very comfortable and the staff were really amazing and helped us with anything we needed ! They had filtered water for you to use , hot and cold water , Ac . And cleaned the rooms if needed ! I appreciate this stay very much ! Also was central to everything you needed , the beach , tuk tuks , restaurants and stores !

The road to get to the Main Street from the room , you would sometimes have to walk through puddles . There wasn’t a walk way .
